As a loyal customer of Kermit B Schulz & Sons since 2011 I cannot express how delighted I am with their services. Recently my HVAC system was serviced by Karlie, a new addition to the KBS team. I was thrilled to see a young woman in this position, and she exceeded my expectations. Karlie was an absolute delight and performed her job perfectly. She even went the extra mile by bringing my porch cushions up from the basement. 

Every KBS staff person I’ve met has been exceptional. They consistently go out of their way to be helpful, kind and accommodating. Clearly KBS holds customer service as a top priority. I highly recommend KBS to anyone in need of HVAC services.

 I would highly recommend KBS! They were responsive when we called because our HVAC was blowing warm air. The technician explained our options, and their staff person came out to speak to us and quoted a price. About a week later he called to set up a date to replace our HVAC. The technicians arrived on time, kept everything clean, did a great job, were knowledgeable, polite, and went above and beyond. KBS will be our heating and cooling company going forward.  I highly recommend Kermit B Schulz & Sons for A/C installation. In May 2022, KBS installed a new A/C unit, replacing an old central air system. Initially, I obtained six quotes to replace the system. Four of the six businesses tried to upsell me. KBS provided a thorough and honest evaluation. Their quote was detailed, payment options straightforward and pricing affordable. KBS showed up on time and completed the job as specified. They even left the site job neater than it was originally. I could hear the men talking as they worked in the attic, and the pride in their work was pleasant to hear. The new A/C works great; quieter and more efficient than the old unit. I would hire KBS again and plan to call them for any future maintenance.

 Kermit Schulz sent two highly experienced individuals to our apartment to replace the air handler and AC condenser. It was a scorching day and the guys needed to work in the attic replacing the air handler unit. These guys worked through the heat and got the job done.  I am very pleased with Kermit B Schulz. They installed a new furnace, quickly, two years ago, in very cold weather. Lots of attention to detail! Their staff is very pleasant and responsive. They have regularly scheduled annual service, and they take the time to inspect and change filters, etc. A little expensive, but I think they are well worth it. I definitely give them a thumbs up.
